Highland Games
An attraction to give you a truly memorable experience, during your holiday is to visit "Highland Games" and perhaps even to take part in some of the activities. Set in the stunning scenery of many different parts of Scotland, reflective of centuries of history and culture, the Highland Games offers a truly memorable experience.
With traditional event like Piping and Highland Dancing through the heavy events like tossing the caber, throwing the shot and tug or war to track and field events such as cycling and running, a visit to Highland games will give you a truly different experience. Held throughout the summer, often at weekends but sometimes mid week and sometimes, for smaller games in the evening, a visit here could be fun. We have lsited many of the games below.
