Reservations

To make a booking

We have an online booking system but are happy to accept bookings by telephone or by email. We  have someone in the office every weekday morning.. We check our answering machine (01764 685 310)most evenings.

Visit our Online Booking

The on line  booking proccess is straightforward and is summarised below

1 Select your start date in the lodge you wish to stay  in ( A green colour indicates that it is available)
2 Fill out the number of nights in the drop down table, the number of guests and any extras required. The price will then display..
3 Press the " Place booking" button at the foot of the page.  The conditions of let will now display
4 When you are happy with the conditions of  let, press the " I agree to the Terms & Conditions" button
5 Complete your contact details on the " Booking request form" which displays. You can add a comment or ask a question at this stage.
6 Fill out the payment details ( please note that we use a secure server and your data will be safe)
7 Press the "Submit Booking" button
8 We will then send an email advising that we have received your booking  In that email we will  request the 3 digit code on the back of the card for those paying by card.  For your protection we do not store this number on the booking system.
9 Please supply the 3 digit code if requested in response to that email.

We will then proccess your booking when we are next in the office.

A short break is three nights over a weekend or four nights mid week.

Electricity is payable by a £1 coin meter and there is a gas charge payable on departure in Alder and Oak Log Cabins ( Lodges 10 and 11). es below show the tariffs for our different lodges.
