We have just spent a wonderful week staying in the Alder Lodge. This lodge is of such a high standard and the thoughtful touches like dishwasher tablets, loo rolls, foil, extra bulbs etc already there when you arrive make all the difference. Views are spectacular, walks endless, peace and tranquility and such friendly people. Thank you so much we cannot wait to come back.

Just returned from a five night stay in your Alder Lodge and just wanted to say what a lovely time we had. The lodge is furnished to a very high standard with everything you could possibly need. The peaceful location is ideal for a get away from it all holiday although there is plenty to see and do a short drive away. I would definately recommend the dog walk up the hill at the back of the park and if you go early enough you may see the deer and stags that roam the hills. We'll be back

Thanks again. Dawn and family (April 2008 )

Dear Jim

Just a quick note say how much we enjoyed our stay at the lodges, very cosy and comfortable and a brilliant day's walk up Ben Lawyers in crisp snow and bright sunshine.

Best wishes

Hi There,

I would just like to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay in Oak Cabin this week. The cabin was lovely and we had a lovely meal in the Bridge of Lochay hotel as recommended Colin.

We look forward to returning sometime soon!

Dear Jim, Liz and Colin,

I just wanted to drop a quick email to say thanks for making our time in Scotland a fantastic one, the standard of the lodge we stayed in was second-to-none and Colin always seemed friendly and approachable should we have had a problem…… We all had a really good time and won't hesitate in recommending the accommodation should we hear of anyone interested. Many thanks for making our stay a pleasant one.

Just wanted to send an e-mail from us all to say 'Thank you' for a brilliant holiday in Killin Highland Lodges! It was our first visit to Scotland and it couldn't have been spent in a more lovely place. The new Oak Log Cabin was everything you said it would be, so cosy, comfortable and so much space, and private without feeling 'cut off'. We have recommended it to family and friends, and I think everyone visiting Scotland should make Killin Highland Lodges their base! We would love to visit amazing Scotland again and look forward to returning to KHL in 2007.

Thank you again,

Thank you very much for a very relaxing week. The Lodge is comfortable and homely. The views from the windows are superb. We would recommend the trail from the back of the lodges where the view of Killin is brilliant. There is nowhere like this area for the scenery and beauty. You must drive down Glen Lyon for the views and wildlife

The Killin Lodge has been the perfect base to explore this beautiful area. ..We all agree the scenery has been spectacular and would recommend a visit at this time of year just to marvel at the Autumn display all around.

So much more to see and do so we’ll be back.

We have all had a great time here. Have visited Stirling, climbing all Wallace monument steps to top. Great views!! Drove through Glencoe to Nevis range, went up in cable car and walked to top of mountain. Well worth the long drive through fantastic scenery.

This is our very first time in Scotland and have fell in love with the place, the views, castles, snow capped mountains. Could go on for ever but Killin (Highland ) Lodges was the icing on the cake. Arrived to get away from the rat race and our lodge was the starter key to relaxing.

Oak Lodge
Just wanted to thank you for a brilliant week in Oak Lodge the ideal home from home. Everything was just perfect - including the weather. Who would have thought we could have had five days of glorious sunshine in October! The site is ideally located for seeing one of the most beautiful areas of Scotland and your recommendation of a visit to Auchengarrich Wild Life Centre for the children was the highlight of there trip although the visit to The Crannog was a very close second. There was so much to see and do we will be back again next year. Will confirm dates soon.
